Abstract

This study aims to identify, map, and explore an integrative model linking social and digital dimensions to strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of local creative MSMEs. The study uses a mixed-methods exploratory sequential design, starting with a qualitative stage through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and thematic analysis, then continuing with a quantitative stage by distributing questionnaires to test the relationships among the resulting model variables. This approach allows for a comprehensive understanding of both social meaning and measurable empirical data. Quantitative analysis uses SEM-PLS. The results of the analysis show that digital transformation influences the integration of the circular economy. Social transformation influences the integration of the circular economy. Digital transformation influences the sustainability of creative MSMEs. Social transformation influences the sustainability of creative MSMEs. Circular economic integration influences the sustainability of creative MSMEs. Digital transformation influences the sustainability of creative MSMEs through circular economic integration. Social transformation influences the sustainability of creative MSMEs through circular economic integration.
