Article Processing Charge
In an open-access model, we promise that readers don’t pay subscription fees to access published articles online. For authors, only some fundamental costs like editing, production, and peer review are included to maintain the normal operations of our institution. These Article Processing Charges (APC) are only used to support publishers to make the published articles freely available to all readers.
Article Submission Fee: USD 0 / IDR 0
Authors are not required to pay any submission fee as part of the review process.
Article Processing-Publication Charge (APC): USD 60 / IDR 1,000,000
- The APC applies to all accepted manuscripts and must be paid within two weeks from the date of acceptance.
- For manuscripts exceeding 20 pages, an additional charge of USD 3 / IDR 50,000 per extra page will apply.
- Author biographies are exempt from APC charges.
Waiver Policy
- Partial or full waivers may be granted at the editor’s discretion for authors facing financial constraints, excessive manuscript length, or other valid reasons. Authors requesting a waiver must clearly state their request in the "Comments to the Editor" section during the submission.
- Waiver requests submitted after acceptance are unlikely to be considered.
Payment Process
Instructions for APC payment via bank transfer/PayPal will be provided upon acceptance. If you wish to apply for a waiver, please email the Editorial Office before submission with the following details:
- Author names and affiliations
- Research funding information
- Summary of research
