Peran Chatbot dalam Menangani Masalah Kesehatan Mental selama Pandemi COVID-19: Tinjauan Mini

Abstract

Pada artikel ini, kami menyajikan ulasan mini tentang potensi chatbot untuk memerangi masalah kesehatan mental selama pandemi COVID-19. Kami menyajikan perbandingan studi terdahulu terkait COVID-19 dan pengembangan chatbot. Kami juga melakukan survei mini untuk memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana orang memandang chatbot sebagai bantuan kesehatan mental mereka. Naskah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang kemungkinan pengembangan chatbot untuk mengurangi penyakit mental. Ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan secara serius dalam mengembangkan chatbot untuk dukungan emosional, antara lain masalah keamanan, perhatian privasi, dan paradigma etika. Namun, di antara referensi yang menarik, sebagian besar menunjukkan bahwa chatbot adalah alternatif yang baik untuk memerangi masalah kesehatan mental, terutama selama pandemi COVID-19.

Urfa Khairatun Hisan, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan

Urfa Khairatun Hisan adalah dosen Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Ahmad Dahlan dan mahasiswa pascasarjana Departemen Bioetika Universitas Gadjah Mada. Dia menerima gelar B.Med. dan M.D. dari Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, masing-masing pada tahun 2017 dan 2019. Minat penelitiannya meliputi kesehatan masyarakat dan bioetika dalam kedokteran. Beliau dapat dihubungi di email: urfa.hisan@med.uad.ac.id.

Muhammad Miftahul Amri, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan

Muhammad Miftahul Amri menerima gelar B.S. dari Departemen Ilmu Komputer dan Elektronika, Universitas Gadjah Mada Indonesia tahun 2018, dan gelar M.S. dari Departemen Teknik Elektro dan Komputer, Sungkyunkwan University Korea Selatan pada tahun 2021, di mana ia saat ini sedang mengejar gelar Ph.D. Pada tahun 2022, ia menerima gelar M.M. dan gelar insinyur profesional masing-masing dari Universitas Terbuka Indonesia dan Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Indonesia. Pada tahun 2021, ia bergabung dengan fakultas di Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Indonesia, di mana ia saat ini menjadi dosen di Departemen Teknik Elektro.
