SY-CARE Berbasis WhatsApp Group untuk Meningkatkan Informasi dan Edukasi

Abstract
Tingginya jumlah kunjungan pasien di Poli Saraf RSUD Syamrabu Bangkalan menyebabkan keterbatasan waktu konsultasi sehingga pemberian informasi dan edukasi kepada pasien belum optimal. Kondisi ini berpotensi menurunkan pemahaman pasien mengenai sistem layanan, penyakit saraf, pengobatan, dan pola hidup sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perubahan tingkat pemahaman pasien setelah penerapan inovasi SY-CARE (Syamrabu Caring Relationship) berbasis WhatsApp Group. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one-group pretest-posttest. Sampel terdiri atas 40 pasien poli saraf yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling dengan pendekatan consecutive sampling. Intervensi berupa edukasi kesehatan, informasi layanan, dan komunikasi dua arah melalui WhatsApp Group. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah intervensi, kemudian dianalisis dengan uji Wilcoxon signed-rank. Hasil menunjukkan adanya perbedaan tingkat pemahaman pada seluruh aspek yang diteliti setelah intervensi. Pada posttest, seluruh responden (100%) berada pada kategori pemahaman baik untuk sistem layanan, penyakit saraf, pengobatan, dan pola hidup sehat, dengan p < 0,001 pada seluruh variabel. SY-CARE berpotensi meningkatkan informasi dan edukasi bagi pasien poli saraf serta mendukung mutu pelayanan kesehatan berbasis digital yang berorientasi pada pasien.
