Faktor Internal, Sosial, dan Organisasi pada Tindakan Cyberloafing di Perguruan Tinggi

Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor internal, sosial dan organisasi terhadap tindakan cyberloafing. Data primer didapatkan dari kuesioner dengan 53 responden karyawan non dosen di Perguruan Tinggi XXX. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data digunakan mencakup analisis berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bawha faktor internal secara parsial berpengaruh negatif pada cyberloafing. Faktor sosial secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap cyberloafing. Sedangkan faktor organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap cyberloafing. Secara bersama-sama ketiga faktor ini berpengaruh terhadap cyberloafing.
