Hubungan Asupan Makanan Sumber Prebiotik dengan Status Anemia pada Ibu Hamil Studi Analitik pada Ibu Hamil Trimester II di PMB Herlina Tanjung

Abstract
Anemia pada ibu hamil merupakan masalah kesehatan yang signifikan dan dapat memengaruhi kesehatan ibu serta janin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara asupan makanan sumber prebiotik lokal dengan status anemia pada ibu hamil trimester II. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional deskriptif analitik dengan sampel 37 ibu hamil yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner frekuensi konsumsi makanan prebiotik dan pemeriksaan hemoglobin untuk menilai status anemia. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-square untuk menentukan hubungan antara asupan prebiotik dan status anemia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa asupan prebiotik berhubungan signifikan dengan status anemia (p < 0,001), dengan ibu hamil yang memiliki asupan rendah lebih berisiko mengalami anemia dibandingkan dengan yang memiliki asupan sedang atau tinggi. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi makanan lokal kaya prebiotik dalam pola makan ibu hamil sebagai strategi tambahan untuk pencegahan anemia. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman pengaruh makanan sumber prebiotik terhadap status gizi dan anemia pada ibu hamil, serta dapat menjadi dasar untuk intervensi gizi berbasis masyarakat. Disarankan penelitian selanjutnya menggunakan desain longitudinal atau intervensional dengan sampel lebih besar dan memasukkan penilaian mikrobiota usus untuk memperkuat pemahaman mekanisme biologis.
