Fair and timely manuscript processing is the key factor in the selection of high-quality papers for presentation and publication. We greatly appreciate the editors and reviewers for their contribution to the success of this journal.</p> <p><strong>Requirements<br /></strong>a). Possess a doctoral degree in the specific subject related closely to the journal’s scope;<br />b). Hold a position at an industrial, university, or academic organization, in a professional, teaching, or research position;<br />c). Fluent in academic and professional English;<br />d). Have a strong interest in scholarly journals;<br />e). Work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines.</p> <p>We will extend the following benefits to the editors and reviewers:</p> <ol> <li>IISTR greatly appreciates the contributions of the editors and reviewers.
